You can redeem your package by using /redeem tbx-id in the in-game chat, keep in mind some packages require admin support, if so make a ticket.
Upon purchasing a subscription you get two emails. One email with your receipt, and the other email with information about your subscription. Inside this information is a link to cancel the subscription. Every month you pay you will get a new email with the link.
Make sure your discord is linked with our ASA servers, you can do this in the #asa-discord-linking channel in the discord. This makes sure you get the VIP tag. Claiming the other rewards can be done with /redeem tbx-id in the in-game chat.
Every renewal you will get a new email including a new tbx-id to redeem your rewards! (Note: You will most likely get 2 codes, make sure to use the code without the 'r' in it).
You can disable your tag by using /disabletag (package). You can enable it again by using /enabletag (package)
